6. Client-Modified Work

Once deliverables are handed over, we are NOT responsible for issues arising from:

  • Client modifications to code, design, or configurations
  • Third-party developers altering our work
  • Plugin/theme updates that break functionality
  • Hosting changes made without our involvement
  • Security vulnerabilities introduced after delivery

7. Data Loss

While we implement reasonable backup procedures during active projects:

  • We are not responsible for data loss after project handover
  • Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups
  • We recommend automated backup solutions for all live websites

Our website contains links to third-party sites. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

9. Testimonials and Case Studies

Testimonials and case studies represent individual Client experiences. They are authentic but:
