Do you charge a fixed price or hourly?
Fixed price for projects, monthly retainers for ongoing services (SEO, ads, automation). No surprise hourly invoices.
Is a deposit required?
Yes — typically 50% upfront to begin and 50% on completion. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
Are these monthly contracts?
One-time projects are not. Ongoing services run month-to-month — no long lock-in, cancel with notice.
Is hosting included?
We set up and configure hosting for you. Third-party hosting/domain costs are billed at cost or on your own account.
Do you accept international payments?
Yes — bank transfer, Stripe, PayPal (global) and Razorpay/UPI (India). We invoice in INR or USD.
